I am pleased to write these few words by way of recommending Dave Tomlinson and Daydream Builders to any and all. Over the last ten years, Dave has completed a variety of projects for my wife and I, in both our primary residence and our vacation cabin. These projects ranged from small maintenance type jobs, through adding on a complete bathroom, to a full remodel of three bathrooms. The work, depending on the home, ranged from rustic to contemporary. In all cases, the projects were completed on time, within budget, and as specified. The workmanship was of the highest quality. Additionally, Dave's recommendations on both materials and design were outstanding, and a major factor in the finished look. I highly recommend Dave, without reservation.

As a non-resident owner, it is really imperative to have a great source near Sunriver who is knowledgeable about the community and the rules and regulations, but also someone who is an extremely competent contractor to do the small or major work my home needs. Dave has supervised a kitchen/dining/living room remodel for us and has done a total bath remodel with his own subcontractors. He has also taken care of smaller annual maintenance items that are a must when we are not in residence. Don’t know what we would do without him!
